Oren Klaff

As Director of Capital Markets, Mr. Klaff is responsible for  managing the firm’s capital raising platform which includes both retail and wholesale distribution. Mr. Klaff oversees business development and product development and is responsible for the firms flagship product, Velocity™.  Mr. Klaff also sits on the investment committee at Geyser Holdings where he has been a principal since 2006.  During its growth he was responsible for sales, marketing, branding, product development, and business development. In the previous five years in the securities markets, Mr. Klaff has supervised and assisted in the placement of over $400 million of investor capital. Before joining Geyser Holdings, Mr. Klaff was a venture analyst and partner at several mid-sized investment funds.

Scott Behrle

As a securities professional, Scott Behrle has raised private equity for tax deferred 1031 exchanges and been involved with the syndication of commercial real estate. Scott has also raised institutional capital for Geyser Holdings, a $400M sponsor of commercial real estate. Scott holds his series 7 and 63 FINRA registrations, as well as a real estate license. Scott’s broad background and industry contacts enable him to make key introductions to Nexxica Capital, and he has trusted relationships with significant wealth in the high net worth segment and family office market segment.

Michael Coffin

A technology executive and entrepreneur for over 25 years, Mr. Coffin has senior operating experience in start-ups as well as established private and public companies. He is known for his clarity, insight and skill in deal structuring, project planning, development, implementation and success management. He is former CEO of Aerocast (acquired by Motorola in 2002) and Wavo Corporation (acquired by Vio in 2000), has fostered two technology start-ups from inception to sale, and prior to that was a senior officer of PG&E Energy Services (acquired by Chevron). Mr. Coffin hails from San Francisco and holds degrees in Business and Finance from Golden Gate University and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Gabriel Salcedo

Gabriel has been working in the capital markets for eight years in the areas of financial analysis, client advisory, real estate investment banking and principal investments.  He began his career with Blackpoint Capital, a boutique investment banking firm acting as a distributor for debt and equity capital.   In 2007, he relocated from the United States to Asia, and has since called Hong Kong his home. Gabriel’s expertise is in simplifying complex investment models into a clear, concise and standardized proforma, underwriting and sources and uses statement.  Gabriel speaks fluent English, Chinese, Japanese and Spanish. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii and studied at Doshisha University, Kyoto, Japan, majoring in Japanese and Chinese, and holds an MBA from Rutgers.
